　　20xx年上半年全国大学英语四六级考试将于6月18日举行。为维护考试的公平公正，端正我校考风学风，杜绝各类考试违纪作弊，特向我校全体考生发出诚信考试倡议：

　　一、严格履行诚信考试承诺，自觉遵守考试纪律，保持良好考试心态，排除外界各种因素干扰，端正考试态度，真正做到诚信应考。

　　二、诚信应考从自我做起，自觉抵制各类考试违纪作弊行为，同学之间要互相督促，学生党员和学生干部要带头做出表率，营造诚信考风。

　　三、尊重监考教师和工作人员，服从考试组织和管理，携带规定的考试用具，自觉扎起长头发，主动出示考试相关证件("两证齐全"，即：准考生和身份证或学生证)，珍惜考试机会。

　　四、考试实行"多题多卷"，考试正式开始之前考生务必将试题册封底的条形码揭下粘贴在答题卡1的条形码粘贴框内，并在试题册封底指定位置填写姓名和准考证号，未粘贴条形码者，考试成绩按"0"分计，后果由考生本人承担。

　　五、禁止将手机、无线耳机等通讯工具带入考场。对于违反考风考纪的学生，学校坚决依照校纪校规严肃处理。

　　六、请广大考生务必严格遵守考试纪律，自觉抵制作弊行为，考场内服从考试工作人员管理，保持良好考试秩序，勇于检举和揭发各种考试违纪作弊行为。
