　　一、迟到原因

　　XXX会议上我迟到，这是毋庸置疑的事实，个人经深刻反思，总结以下几点：

　　1.思想上认识不够。因为长期在服务单位工作，整个重心都倾向于单位工作，对团委工作没有在思想上形成高度重视，造成在实际行动上存在偏差。5月27日下午，在明明知道晚上要参加网络会议的情况下，我仍与XXX等同事到XXX，这明显地显示出我对团委工作的'不重视，对此，我向所有为此次会议忙碌的团委工作人员说一声“对不起，你们辛苦了”。

　　2.组织纪律性差。在日常生活中个人自由主义过强，造成自己对团委工作也存在着漫不经心的态度，总有“差不多就好”、“应该可以”等得过且过的思想，这种态度和思想不仅不利于我自身的成长，还给市团委工作带来了许多不必要的困扰，对此我再一次道歉。

　　3.做事拖沓，不分轻重缓急。一个小时的时间本来是足够吃饭、洗漱的，但是由于我个人做事拖沓，事事慢悠悠，甚至进会议室时也是闲庭漫步，影响会议的氛围，给省团委留下了不好的印象，给市团委带来不良的影响。为此，我表示深深的歉意。

　　二、今后工作中的改进措施

　　对我在这次会议迟到行为，我已深深地认识到了它的严重性，为了更好地向领导检讨自己，我对在今后团委工作中自己的态度、行为等方面提出以下几点要求：

　　1.加强思想认识。作为共青团的一员，必须始终要以主人翁的态度，充分发挥主观能动性，积极主动地去承担共青团的工作，不能因为忙于服务单位的工作而忽略团委这个大家庭的工作。
