Later I participated in a project of Jin Hua science and technology plan focusing on detecting out Sudan red in chili powder with a fast and accurate way. Besides I also participated in a research of the effect of kinetin on quality and harvest date of loquat fruit, and this research paper has been published. I was the second author. Moreover, I have participated in a research of soluble solids and pH detection of red bayberry juice, of which the research paper has already submitted to the journal of Food Engineering 。 All these experiences remind me that theoretical principles and practical methods are the key to research activities.

　　Third, I will briefly describe my social activities. I joined in the student union of my institute, and I have worked in the propaganda department. Although tasks are as simple and easy as editing newspaper, drawing posters, what makes a difference is that I can meet and deal with different people.
