因为上学期考试结果平平，校长安排我做一次发言。说实话，我有些紧张，毕竟在座的老师都非常优秀，我在这里分享的经验可能有些锦上添花了。但是再想想，作为一名教师，能够有这样一个机会和大家交流，听取大家对我的教育教学工作的意见和建议，真的是一种荣幸。
我从事数学教学工作已经20xx年了，虽然我认为自己不是一个十分优秀的老师，但是我却为此努力着。我很羡慕那些成功的教师，我也渴望和他们一样收获成功的喜悦，这可以说就是我进步的动力。为了更好的适应新时期的教学工作要求，我从各方面严格要求自己，本着教书育人的原则，踏踏实实做好本职工作。在教育教学中，我始终以“对学生负责、对家长负责、对自己的工作负责” 做为自己为人师的原则，因为教书育人是教师的天职。在我的教学中，也曾遇到很多烦恼，有时工作累了，有时被学生不认真听讲、不认真完成作业气着了，我也想像朋友们劝我那样，管他学不学，只要完成自己的教学任务就是了，反正那又不是自己的孩子。可是，这些都是嘴上说说而已。

现就自己教学工作中的点滴做法作如下总结：
一、备好课是上好课的基础。就我个人而言，在备课时，我始终严格按照备教材、备教法和备学生的原则进行。同时，我充分利用备课组的优势，积极吸取他人的经验和教学方法。在上课之前，我尽可能地做好充分的准备，确保每一节课都“有备而去”。因为一堂有效的课程离不开老师充分的准备工作。我会认真研究教材内容，教材是教学内容的主要载体，所以每一次备课时，我都会认真阅读、思考和理解教材，了解教材的核心思想和编写目的，把握教材中提供的数学活动的线索，分析教材中蕴含的数学思想、方法和科学内涵，亲自完成每道练习题，只有这样才能真正领会新教材中所蕴含的教学理念，并备出高质量的教案。一般而言，我会在学生学习新课程的一周之前，先逐一完成下一章节的例题、习题、练习册、伴你学和单元卷，然后再根据课时进行详细备课。
二、高效的数学课堂教学不仅在于成功的讲解，而且更取决于科学、高效率的练习。科学合理的练习是学生学习数学、发展思维的经常性实践活动，同时也是师生信息交流的一个窗口。在新课程下，数学学习应该成为一种生活、一种活动，应该关注学生的发展，而不仅仅是重复单一的、千篇一律的内容。好的练习可以主动引导学生提出疑难问题、解决困惑，并及时进行纠正。通过这样的练习，可以巩固和应用数学知识，培养学生的学习习惯和思维品质，训练他们的思考方法，提高数学教学的有效性。基于多年的教学经验，我深刻地认识到大量的题海战术已经不再适应新课程理念下的数学教学。因此，在备课时，我会亲自做一遍手头的所有资料上的题目，然后对其进行归类筛选，设计出科学合理的练习，以提高数学课堂教学的效率。

四、在进行授课的过程中，教师应该注重表扬学生。即使是对于那些对学习没有兴趣或学习困难的学生，有些老师可能会认为这样的学生没有任何优点可夸奖。但作为一名教师，只要发现学生取得了一丝进步，哪怕是微小的进步，我都会及时给予表扬和鼓励，让他们感到自己也有优点，也能够不断进步。例如，在上课时如果我提出了一个比较简单的'问题，我会让学生回答，并及时表扬他们：“你的回答非常正确，你取得了很大的进步。”另外，如果有学生举手发言，即使回答错误，我也会给予鼓励：“看到你敢于大胆发言，虽然回答还不完全正确，但你已经取得了很大的进步，我相信下一次你一定能回答正确。”我始终坚信：对于学习困难或不爱发言的学生来说，教师的表扬和鼓励对他们而言是非常重要的。他们会感到非常高兴甚至自豪，从而对学习产生兴趣，认真听课并积极发言，这样他们的学习成绩也会迅速提高。在我的课堂上，第四组同学得到最多的发言机会。他们每次都能认真思考和积极回答问题。如果这个组的同学的回答受到全班的认可，整个小组的同学都会感到非常高兴和自豪。
落实好每天的作业
适当的作业对学生来说是必要的。但我们不能仅仅为作业而作业，而是通 过做作业，使学生巩固所学的知识。所以布置合适的作业是重要的。我所任教的班学生基础相差比较大，所以采用分层次布置作业的方式，做到照顾差异。作业的重点放在巩固所学知识的前提下，再适当提升。对基础不够好的同学要让他们从基础入手。对基础好的同学每天布置一个有助于开拓思维的题目。总之，作业不能一概而论。对于作业的批改我一点也不敢放松，多年来的教学使我对作业有一个深刻的体会，学生的作业也是老师的作业，作业布置了学生要做，那老师也必须要批改，否则设计的作业再好也不能达到巩固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要对学生的作业逐一进行批改，在我看来不批改就没有发言权，可以说批改作业让我尝到了大大的甜头，批改作业后再讲评使讲解针对性更强了，也节省了时间，只讲学生出错较多的题目更好的调动了学生听讲的积极性。刚接手这批学生时让我最棘手的就是家庭作业问题，不能认真独立完成应付了事抄袭现象严重，由于我坚持每次都批改家庭作业，及时发现问题并与学生进行交流，我们班学生的家庭作业质量有了大幅度的提高。班里有个女孩栾湉数学开始时是C类，上课回答问题积极，思维灵活，成绩却总是不太理想，通过批改作业发现，他的作业不能认真独立的完成，于是我就与他谈话告诉他作业的重要性，他知道老师发现了他的秘密，从那以后作业总是能认真独立完成不懂的就问，数学成绩有了很大的提高，现在已经经常考A。
做好课后辅导工作，多与学生交流

今年我与一年级六班的孩子们组成了一个温馨的大家庭，看着这些初出茅庐的小朋友们，我感受到了自己肩上沉甸甸的责任。他们天真无邪，充满好奇心，喜欢探索新事物，同时也淘气爱撒娇，容易受挫折。针对孩子们的这些特点，我决定充分利用幼儿园到小学过渡的关键时期，培养他们各种良好行为习惯。总结起来，我采取了以下几个措施：
1、低要求。
一年级的孩子因为年龄小，口头表达能力和理解能力较差。对他们进行教育最适合采取循序渐进的方式，并且设定的目标起点要低。只有耐心地站在学生的角度，设身处地地考虑学生的承受和掌握情况，他们才能稳步前进，树立起自信心和良好的行为习惯。比如，当学生刚入学时，他们可能还不懂得如何完成作业。为了克服学生对做作业的恐惧情绪，为之后养成良好作业习惯打下基础，我会布置较少的作业。在课堂上，我会留出足够的时间让学生抄写作业。而在向学生解释作业要求之后，我会做一个范例，并只提两个小要求：一是做作业时不讲话，二是不玩耍。只要学生能够做到这些，就可以被视为认真完成作业的好孩子。通过降低要求，学生很容易获得满足感和成就感。等到学生达到了这个要求，再提出新的要求，以此为学习设置台阶，使学生不断进步。
2、巧训练。
提出了一些细小的要求，如果不进行扎实有效的训练，等于是空话一句。由于孩子们年龄小人又多，所以对他们的训练，方法要多样。记得薛瑞平教师说过：“优美的音乐，能在潜移默化中，将孩子的心灵导向宁静优雅。有时在打完预备铃后学生们仍然大吵大闹，我就会播放一小段轻音乐，慢慢的教室静了下来，连最闹的孩子也能乖乖的做好了。上了课，为了促使学生们能在这40分钟内专心听讲，我就常常用接儿歌的形式提高他们的注意力，我说前半句，他们接后半句，大眼睛往前看，小耳朵竖起来，小手指伸出来等等都是我们一年级教师常用的儿歌。当然良好行为习惯的养成也离不开严格的训练，为了强化学生们的路队纪律，我要求学生做到不说话、不推人、不拉人，人站正、队排直。如果有一位学生没做到，我就重新排，不管重排几次直到符合要求为止。虽然刚开始时花得时间多，但经过这样几次三番的强化教育，行为要求已深入学生心田，并化为自觉行为，良好习惯也就慢慢养成了，效率也就提高了。
3、勤检查。
孩子们持久性差，自制力薄弱，容易出现循环往复的现象。因此，检查是督促学生长久做好一项事情的良方。平时我对于提出的要求总会勤于检查。良好习惯的培养涉及的内容很多，有学习习惯的培养、有行为习惯的培养，有劳动习惯的培养，还有文明习惯和卫生习惯的培养等等，如果这么多的内容都由我来检查的话是不现实的，再说时间也不允许。为此，平时我大胆任用小干部，采取轮流值班制并明确分工职责，每位小干部负责检查一个项目，如卫生委员负责检查教室环境卫生，课间监督员负责检查课间安全游戏，执勤班长负责检查听到铃声响到正式上课前的纪律，学习委员负责检查课前准备等。检查结果做好记录，及时通报，便于适时评价和前后对比。这样采用教师查和小干部查相结合，既锻炼了小干部，又有效地培养了学生自我管理的能力。
4、多鼓励。
苏霍姆林斯基曾说过：“教育应该小心翼翼地触摸那幼小的心灵。”给予学生表扬，让他们有被认可的机会，让他们欣赏自己，这将在他们幼小的心灵中点燃追求进步的火花。一年级的孩子尤其喜欢听到表扬。为了给予学生更多鼓励，我像用放大镜一样，寻找班上学生的优点。我的.班级里有一个叫李翔宇的学生，他非常调皮，在课堂上经常插嘴，并爱与同学小声交谈，无论他坐在哪里，都很难保持安静。面对这样一个天真烂漫的孩子，我决定好好引导他改正这个不良习惯。通过观察，我发现李翔宇下课时非常热心，经常提醒同学不要跑，甚至帮忙捡起废纸。于是，在一堂课结束后，我特意表扬了他，让其他孩子向他学习，并在表扬榜上写下了他的名字。令我惊喜的是，整节课李翔宇一直坐得笔直，没有说过一句话。之后，我多次与他交谈并提出了我的期望。渐渐地，李翔宇不再那么调皮，变得越来越有责任心，现在他还成为了班级的卫生委员！
5、常示范。
一年级的学生天真活泼，对小学生活充满好奇，但他们明辨是非的能力较弱，有时不知道什么是对的，什么是错的。因此教育学生最直接最有效地方法就是示范。叶圣陶先生说：身教最为贵，知行不可分。我在要求学生不乱扔废纸时，就首先做到不乱扔废纸，要求小朋友们将普通话，我就率先讲普通话，再如有些同学读书姿势不正确，们对故事情有独钟，童话中的小动物，典型的英雄人物，神话人物等他们都有良好的习惯和品格，为了便于学习，激发兴趣，我常给学生讲一些生动幽默的故事，潜移默化中使学生的行为习我就请做得好的同学上台来做小教师当众读，其他同学向他学习。学生惯受到良好的熏陶。

At first, I'd like to tell you a little story about an insurance salesman in Tokyo. Even though this man tried very hard to promote the insurance, nobody bought it. One day, he came to a small temple and began to brag about his insurance. After listening to his introduction, the monk said: “Your recommendation of insurance can't arouse any of my interests! The salesman thought deeply about each word. From then on, he invited all his friends to point out his weakness and kept on improving himself bit by bit for all his life. Thirty years later, he became a millionaire. And this man is the famous salesperson in the world: Yuan Yi Ping. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world. Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! 尊敬的评委、女士们、先生们：早上好! 今天，我演讲的题目是：“改变我们自己”.

As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News， I visited Dr。 James Gilman， the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England。 In this picture， this is James， and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth。 This is a true story。
65 years ago， James lived in Qingdao。 Then he was only 5 years old。 He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there， which he thought was a dragon。 He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure。
In the late 1930s， when the Japanese occupied Qingdao， his family had to leave。 On his last day in Qingdao， he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth。
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years， but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life。 It was always on his conscience， and the feeling intensified as he became older。 Finally he decided to put right his childish error。 In 20xx， he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies。 He received a warm welcome。
When James visited Qingdao， I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit。 I was deeply touched by his honesty。 It has taught me a lot。 I think to err is human。 The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error。
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour。 So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do。 I would like to say to all of my friends： Let's be honest people of good moral character。

First we should not throw away the rubbish whenever we have rubbish at hand we should keep the habit to throw it into the dustbin sometimes the garbage can be recycled. Second the government should make some measure to punish the industry which is not deal with the pollution well. With the government’s intervention the businessmen will pay special attention to the pollution and dare not to ignore it. Protecting the environment needs everyone’s effort to ourselves and our offspring’s health we must take action to protect the environment. Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something. The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balancebetween the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.
